Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.311–192.478), I am requesting records related to the settlement agreement(s) or resolution in the case of Dustin Ferreira vs. University of Oregon, Starplex Corporation, Case No. 23CV40512, including but not limited to the final settlement agreement, communications regarding settlement terms, and any records of payments made or scheduled to be made as part of the settlement.
