Pursuant to the Oregon Public Records Law (ORS 192.311–192.478), I am requesting records of all proposals, agreements, contracts, or communications regarding any airline discount programs, negotiated rates, or travel-related deals between the University of Oregon (or its affiliated departments or travel service providers) and the following airlines:
•    Alaska Airlines
•    American Airlines
•    Delta Air Lines
•    Southwest Airlines
•    United Airlines
Specifically, I am requesting:
•    Any current or past contracts or rate agreements with the above-listed airlines
•    Records describing any discount programs, university-specific fare rates, or loyalty programs available to university employees, students, or departments
•    Communications regarding the negotiation, approval, or implementation of these airline agreements
•    University policies or internal guidance documents referencing the use of airline discounts or preferred carriers for university-related travel
